Returns
At Specialty Guitars, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Unused merchandise will be accepted for return within 14 days from date of receipt by customer. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Merchandise that shows signs of wear or damage or that has been installed will not be accepted for return.
Prior to returning any item, we ask that you contact us by telephone at 480-456-3800 or by email. We will not accept items for return if you have not contacted us prior to sending them back.
Returns will be processed for the cost of the merchandise only. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of shipping returned merchandise. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
We package our orders carefully, but occasionally an item will be damaged or lost in transit. You must contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged item so that we may provide you with instructions.
